Beginner Yoga Class

This class focuses on the fundamental of yoga poses, breath, awareness and alignment through slow pace step by step instruction and demonstration.

Let’s learn, play and maybe sweat in a safe environment. You don’t have to be flexible, just be open and willing to try!

This class is suitable for all levels.

Therapeutic Yoga Class

This class features a combination of gentle therapeutic posses restorative posses, yin posses, breath work, and guided meditation.  It emphasizes on mindfulness, self awareness, and relaxation, which can promote stress reduction, prevention or support for injury or illness recovery as well as a great way to wind down after a busy day.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga-Reiki Class

Yoga-Reiki class unites the two healing modalities for your overall well-being. Both are gentle; promote healing, and relaxation on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.

It features combination of gentle & restorative yoga poses including the use of props when needed, breath work, meditation and Reiki healing treatment.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Meditation Reiki Class

This class provides you with relaxation, breathing, healing and meditation techniques.  We will explore meditation processes through various themes, guided meditations and visualization practices along with Reiki energy to help you achieve deeper relaxation, meditative state to release and heal.
