Yoga is for everyone! Although there are many types and levels, there is no discrimination in yoga. We believe that everyone can enjoy its many benefits!

Wherever you are in your yoga development, whether brand-new, recovering from injury or illness, too busy to find time to attend a group class, or just want to take your personal performance to the next-level, we are here to guide you through the journey. Each session is tailored according to the particular needs and goals of the client. We offer Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga and Yoga-Reiki.

Our classes are focused on unifying the movements, breathing and meditations of Yoga, to achieve strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

We provide private, group or corporate sessions.
